From Homeless to Home

Posted by: Tyra Jefferson

Going from being homeless to finding a stable and permanent home, can be one of the most difficult and challenging experiences a family can face.  St. Lawrence Place is a program where families are provided with structure, guidance, support and with the necessary life skills to become self-sufficient during and after their participation in the program.  Over the years, SLP staff has kept in touch with families who have completed the program.  If they choose, former participants can join the St. Lawrence Place Alumni Association.  St. Lawrence Place is proud to introduce two families that completed the program and made a transition from being homeless to become a homeowner.
