October 2009 Dream Dinners Menu

TOASTED PECAN CHICKEN
Looking for something quick and easy for dinner? Try these tender chicken breasts marinated in seasoned buttermilk, then coated with a savory pecan and breadcrumb crust. These bake up crisp and golden; sure to please adults and kids alike!

PULLED PORK BBQ SANDWICH WITH FRENCH ROLLS

The first 9 apartments are set for completion at the end of September 2009, with 21 more apartments to go! All 30 apartments as well as 3 social service buildings will see some form of renovation/rehabilitation during the course of the next year.

OLD FASHIONED MEATLOAF WITH TWICE BAKED POTATOES
This meal is sure to bring the kids back to the dinner table! Lean, ground beef is seasoned just right, then covered with a touch of sweet, mild chili sauce. Serve with our potato skins stuffed with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, and fresh green onions. You'll want to stock up on this family pleasing meal. It's perfect for any occasion.
