The first 9 apartments are set for completion at the end of September 2009, with 21 more apartments to go! All 30 apartments as well as 3 social service buildings will see some form of renovation/rehabilitation during the course of the next year.

All apartments will receive a new roof, new windows and doors, insulated and dry-walled interior walls, new flooring, as well as new Energy Star appliances!
