Ground Breaking for New Affordable Housing in Columbia!

On January 22nd, 2014, Trinity Housing Corporation (THC) broke ground on Live Oak Place in Columbia, SC.  Live Oak Place is going to be 4 new affordable housing units for families, located next door to St. Lawrence Place, THC’s existing transitional housing program for homeless families.

With the extreme need for new affordable units nationwide, we are excited for this new opportunity in our community!
