Our Alumni Association is a group of former SLP residents who support St. Lawrence Place and the families who continue to participate in our program. Alumni Association members have completed the program successfully, remain self-sufficient, and want to “pay it forward” through many opportunities at St. Lawrence Place!
Alumni members serve as mentors to families, as well as remain active volunteers with St. Lawrence Place through community outreach opportunities and events. Their meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month on the SLP Campus to plan events for the current families. They serve as support to the SLP Resident Executive Council and assist with the monthly Birthday Blast.
On April 16th they held their 1st Annual Drop-in on the SLP campus—they provided small refreshments and the families were able to interact with them for a meet and greet! SLP staff and current families are thankful for the invaluable service and advice these almuni can offer to current SLP families,
