Shimshon Yisrael

We are continually inspired by the children, teens, and families we serve at SLP.

A young man who has proven himself to be extremely talented, dedicated, and a likely future leader is Shimshon Yisrael.  Shimshon was recently selected as one of the 2015 Kids in Print winners, sponsored by the Richland Library.  Shimshon truly has a passion for art, and his artwork is entitled “Ice Cream Nightmare.”  Take a look at the 2014 Kids in Print here, and be on the lookout for the 2015 edition coming soon!

 Rai-Eshia Martin

Rai-Eshia Martin, a senior at River Bluff High School is currently excited and preparing for college in the Fall!  She was recently selected as a “Young and Gifted Award” winner by the Columbia Urban League.  Winners were selected based on their academics, arts, leadership, and athletics.

Congratulations to Shimshon and Rai-Eshia for striving for excellence and serving as an inspiration to us all!
