Adults who become part of the St. Lawrence Place program have a safe home for their family. Here, they gain skills to do more than simply survive.
Living in St. Lawrence Place is a life-changing opportunity. Adult residents participate in counseling and life skill classes such as budgeting, parenting and credit repair. In addition to being willing to find and maintaining employment, adults are expected to be productive community members by properly maintaining their apartment, paying bills on time, and demonstrating progress in their individual family life plan.
St. Lawrence Place is 30-home community that provides programming and transitional housing — with assessments every three months to evaluate growth within the program — for qualifying families. Our program offers families the structure, training and support that can help them overcome homelessness.
